Pre-increment & Post-Increment in C++

I saw this link and after reading this i got confused.

My question is:

If I follow the precedence rule then first post increment gets evaluated and then preincrement gets evaluated but u mention that first preincrement gets evaluated after that post increment plzzz explain..
