Corolla is the second whorl to calyx. It is composed of petals. They are brightly coloured to attract insects for pollination.
Corolla can be gamopetalous in which all the petals are united or fused with each other or polypetalous in which all the sepals remain free and are not united.
Corolla may be tubular, bell-shaped, funnel-shaped or wheel shaped.
